What You Need:
Cabbage, carrots, Roma tomato, yellow onion, garlic, green onions, thyme stalks, Scotch bonnet pepper, water, olive oil, unsalted butter, kosher salt, black pepper.
Combine all ingredients in a large pan, cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cabbage is tender. Remove thyme stalks and serve.
