I think all dry ingredients should go together y not put the vanilla in the wet ingredients ?

That's true wet ingredients do go together but in my opinion making a Toto it doesn't matter when u had the vanilla as long as it has the right consistency. To bake.

Is the coconut milk from the grated coconut? if not, was there any moister left in the coconut flakes? Thank you for the recipe, it looks delicious.

Yes it was the coconut milk..It's was a little bit of moisture after juicing the coconut to get the two cups of milk..u can also u use store bought coconut flakes with can coconut milk♥️♥️

Trust me if u use two cups of flour it will comes out good but if u want to use 1 cup that’s up to u leaving it dry
