The last time I checked the game of football is a team sport with 11 men on each side of the ball. It's the fans that make it about one person. That's why coaches get fired and fans don't get PAID!

Really a pathetic move on Adams part. He got burnt on the field so he's going to insult a family member of a reporter who more or less pointed out his poor play. Connor Hughes' wife is above average looking anyway so it makes it seem like Adams was really desperate and butthurt to suggest otherwise.

He was highly overrated with the Jets because they catered to his playstyle 1000 percent he was a safety who was essentially a pass rusher and was allowed to be that injuries aside he's getting older and since he was never a great coverage Safety now he's not only getting cooked but he's not even rushing the passer as much so all we see is him getting cooked 😂😂😂

Sounds like a scheme issue. The seahawks went and got him for a reason. They should know his strengths. They need to put him in situations where his strengths can be accentuated. They used cam chancellor and earl thomas well. He is older but hes recovering from a torn quad. Thatll limit his explosiveness and his ROM. He was out all last yr. Hes adjusting to game speed, his body, etc. right now. He should be in a better spot next yr. If he cant perform safety duties any more, cut him or make him gain weight and perform edge/LB duties. He has good instincts and can be salvaged. Worst case, he just becomes a 3rd and long kamikaze.

@Wi_Gong_Dye That's hard when he has a singular skillset lmfaoo at least Kam had good football IQ and was adaptable which was shown as he got injured later in his career Jamal looks washed because he doesn't and never had good football IQ he's a pass rusher in a safetys body he doesn't track for find the ball he hits ppl 😂🤣 I'm sure the Seahawks thought he would evolve as he got older

I’ve been begging for the Seahawks to trade him and diggs all year, they both are defensive liabilities We need younger safeties to go along with our star studded cb core Seahawks aren’t far from the promised land.. with a rookie qb on a rookie scale deal, and draft a good safety.. we’ll be in good shape with a little wheeling and dealing by John and Pete

Hes coming out of an injury and they suck because of their coaching staff. They don’t know how to use them and put them in good positions to succeed. Adams should be between the sticks always. They paid dre jones and have him as a lb rusher and having him cover???they didn’t even know how to use jimmy graham neither. Caroll runs his schemes and players got to fit his scheme nomatter what. Saying that id agree their play doesn’t match their salary. Id say get rid of diggs, adams, love, jones. Sign b wags, reed, l. Williams, brooks. They are better contributors. I am willing to give them 1 more yr to see them get better especially adams after the injury, except diggs, he can go.

Adams couldn't play coverage in N.Y. and he can't do it in Seattle. Talking head media keeps telling me what a sorry trade Denver made for R.W, yet the Adams trade was very similiar. Two 1st rounders and a bloated contract that Seattle can't get out from under. How come this doesn't get reported? I think the media's collective hatred of Russ pretty much explains it.

It’s crazy to me how, being “ human “ is externalized for athletes. I don’t think it’s fair to say just bc his a millionnaire he shouldn’t “ feel “ the need to express his emotions. If someone you didn’t know, came to your place of passion in where you’ve spent years on perfecting your craft and insults u by voicing their opinion on social media. Why is it that Jamal Adams can’t “ feel “ some type of way and retaliate. DONT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU AND CRY BOUT IT WHEN IT FIGHTS BACK. Jamal Adams is human no matter how much money he makes we the people have the ability to know everything bout him by a simple google search. The reason being bc his a world class talent he didn’t get to where his at by “mistake” I don’t understand to how, by having the label “report” gives you the ability to dehumanize athletes by dissing they art yet when an athlete once again retaliates by defending himself/ herself it’s ruled as “ below the belt “ Are we seeing the reoccurring themes?? reporters play a double ended sword, once they feel threatened but feel the need to say that athletes are disrespectful, unmannered and should have a better attitude bc he has “ so much money “ is just ridiculous to me Jamal Adams is human he has emotions and has all rights to come at someone if they coming at him.

I swear NFL players and NBA players are the biggest blame babies. In baseball, it’s not the left fielders fault the first baseman struck out. In soccer if you’re out of position that’s YOUR fault. YOU cost the team a goal, potentially a game. It’s not the coaches fault YOU didn’t play the way you’re supposed to. The coach makes a scheme, the individual players play it. If you messed up, just say you messed up. Blaming others or refusing to own up just brings the team down. And that’s why the “C”, armband, or in hockey the C,A, and A are so hard to earn. You have to take your blame, but also take the blame for other players when needed. You could argue a good captain is just as important as a good coach.

As a hawks fan ive alwayse hatted this trade. I knwe it would go exactly how it has. 90% injured 6% burned civerage and 4% good run stuffing.

i mean at the end of the day jamaal adams is the one looking like burnt toast on the field so he shouldn't be commenting on anyones appearance.

I used to feel the same way….until I didn’t. Media and content creators today are wildly toxic and will do anything for a reaction. Was it below the belt? Sure. But I have little sympathy for someone at their keyboard making twitter posts as opposed to the guy playing in-front of millions of people and being the most vulnerable person in the conversation. I kind of hope more athletes shit on content creators like this. Also, I enjoy following it

My son and I are huge Seahawks fans and I can’t stand #33 and I was early money on that opinion! My son would always laugh at me, but after the Dallas game he finally admitted I was right!

That Thursday game was shit. Defense went to sleep in the 2nd half for both teams. Dallas let 35 points on the board and they didn't confidently have that game.
