I was on staff in 2013 and you're right it was a total mess. That was the wettest jamboree on record though, so hopefully it won't be as bad this year.

I like how he packed a lot of stuff in a small bag. When I go on normal scout camp, I packed less than that and I need a big bag plus a day bag.

That was probably your Council contingent's decision. We have 15 troops and our logo and dinosaur theme is printed on our bags. Each troop has a different color and each Scout got two bags with their fee.
