I don't know who made the call to keep running Watson out there who was a shell of a QB that he used to be. But they cost us the season when we could've started Jameis, who not only has talent but Godly conviction and humility something we seldom see in athletes. GIVE HIM the starting job, he has leadership qualities.

That's the most impressive interview that I've ever seen from him. I think that he's actually matured into the role of a leader on this team. Just like Baker Mayfield did AFTER he left Cleveland.
