Is it Stir Fry? Is it Fried Rice? Is it Stir Rice? Is it Fry Fried? I think it's rather a Jamerrill recipe hybrid of some kind :) All I know is this large family style Stir Fry Fried Rice recipe is wonderful! My husband would like me to just serve this every night, and he'd be happy as a clam. This recipe makes a ton! We eat it several times, over a few days, but again you'll see why if you try it. You can easily adapt this large family recipe for smaller portions. Use it for a large gathering. Take half to a family who just had a baby, and share the other half at a church pot luck. However you use it, I hope you enjoy! Click here for the full written recipe bit.ly/Jamerril...

This is very impressive! As a Malaysian who cooks & eats Nasi Goreng regularly, I give you two thumbs up! (^_^) I know it is not an authentic Fried Rice where you can get in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia but heyy you did a good job improvising it to suit your taste and family. Well done Jamerrill :)

We currently have 6 kids and it seems like I'm ALWAYS in the kitchen. :) It's always takes longer to cook when you are vlogging too. :) Looks yummy. Not sure why I love watching your videos but I do. I'm 45 and single and have never been blessed with a husband or children which hurts my heart alot. But, I think that's why I love watching you guys I like to see a large loving family and get to see their day to day life. I may not have it for myself but, can experience it in little ways watching families posts like yours. I try to make versions of your recipes for a single person. I can get pretty close I think. I try anyway. Thanks for sharing all that you do. Is a bright spot in my day. Take care

+Happy Mom of 5 Thank you for that.....I do pray alot that God would give me the vision to see what it is He wants from my life. In my first job I spent 15 yrs as a nursing asst in a nursing taking care of the elderly. I knew at the time that was were God wanted me. I think it was more for me than it was them lookinh back now. It taught me patience, compassion, and humiity to an extended degree that I know I would not have had otherwise. I have prayed alot along if that was where he wanted me to return but, in my best I don't think it is. I feel that He has said that part of my journey is over it has served it's purpose and to look forward. I think there is a plan for me in God's mind it just hasn't been fully revealed yet. My priest recently pointed out to me because I felt frustrated that I couldn't discern His plan for me said "Well maybe His plan right now is to teach you to trust God's timing and not your own" " you know it's there but you need to be patient and let go and let God work His plan on His timing". So i have tried to think of it that way. But I sure wouldn't mind any extra prayers to help me figure it out.

Kel70... You are better off than you think--- you have been blessed-- for you have found God & put Him 1st in your life; so sad for those who are "lost" because they have not formed a relationship with God. Keep praying His plan is the best plan.

I just found this KZbin channel today and I have been binging on it for the past 2 hours...and so far that wonderful cast iron skillet has not been cool for more than a minute !!/:) What a Wonderful mom and wonderful kids and sounds like a wonderful dad ! With that many kids and it sounds like you have some property, I wonder why you don't do a little gardening ? Just start with herbs and tomatoes and see were that will take you. I had bought a similar package of those peppers and I saved some seeds from the peppers and dried them and we now have several pepper plants for ourselves and I have given some plants and seed to others that I know that do some container gardening.

Ever watch Rachel Ray cook? She has a bowl along side her to throw in the scraps of food & such. I do it & it's a big help! We love adding Liquid Amminos to out stir fry. try adding ginger next time. fresh or powder. it adds a great flavor. would mixing it all together in a stock pot be easier? I know you use what ya have. love how you add you own touches to the recipes! now we're all gonna want stir fry. LOL

We make a version of fried rice.stir fry. If we use rice we add the egg, if rice noodles we don't. My husband makes a sauce out of Lea Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. "I am allergic to soy so we use it in place of soy sauce it works perfectly", honey, chili powder, paprika and garlic. We marinate the meat in it. If we do beef we add some beef or chicken broth and cornstarch to thicken it We have done versions with peppers, onions, broccoli, snow peas, onions, peas, etc. It is what ever we have on hand.

I love your videos, with so much going in your life you are always positive and upbeat. I'm always nervous cooking with chicken but i notice you cook the fillets whole and then break them down. Do you not need to cut off the not so nice bits or do you not get them on the type you buy? Also I've gotten into meal planning but find I always run out of some things like milk, cheese and have to go to the shop again and then realise I need more salad type things. Would you know how much of everything you need or but extra of essentials? Thanks so much, keep up the amazing work. My husband is impressed that I have pancakes and egg muffins to hand these days :)

Looks really yummy Jamerrill!!! I make my version of stir fried rice for my family of 4, rice, peas and carrots with scallions add a couple of eggs in the middle of the rice then mix it all in add the soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well and then eat!!! Love your version better with the chicken and more veggies, tfs :)

Love your cooking videos I do the same for my small family. You can make the same thing with the chicken veggies and use half with rice and half another day with noodles and you will have stir fried noodles.
