I was a wife of an over the road truck driver . I raised 3 children on my own. I used to say I was a married single woman 😊 I had support over the phone and we saw him for 3 to 4 days a month. I would enlisted the older childern with the extra things that would come up. We had work together to make sure that nothing was missed. Sometimes they couldn't help me because they were busy with teen things but they were very helpful when they could. I hope you can find your way to a new normal ❤ I love your channel and only wish you peace❤

You are truly an inspiration to me. In Illinois, I ran 5k's and was an exercise nut. Ever since we moved to Houston, Texas and many years older, I have discovered Tai Chi for my arthritic aches and pains. I love that you are being blessed by running on your property and doing all of the things for you and your family. May God continue to bless you and yours. I had to overcome trauma when 3 years ago I was running and walking with my dog on a leash, and we got attacked by 2 stray dogs. A good Samaritan pulled my dog out of the fight and rescued us. I now call Animal Control on all loose dogs. When I walk with my dog now I carry: (air horns, mace, metal baton, etc.) I too have a weight lose journey and have lost 30 pounds. I have been maintaining and working on losing the next 30 pounds. Keep on keeping on. Thank you. I am praying for you. God bless.😊

My 36 year old son with autism has those same Walmart PJ’s. He is an x-36 week preemie who was ill most of his childhood. They are wonderful PJ’s and he loves them. I am the oldest of 11 children. One year we had an extra child for Christmas and we couldn't find any stocking left in the stores so we ended up using gift bags. My oldest was ecstatic over them because of her sensory issues she couldn't stand the to touch stockings. So from then on we used gift bags.

As my adult children started leaving the house ,their childhood stockings seemed to small to fit anything in. I bought giant ones on Amazon and try to fill them with some fun and some useful items. The children still get little toys ,candy etc. I shop thru out the year for little things to put in there. Makeup bags etc for the women and tool items for the men( little flash lights etc) and of course some treats. They seem to look forward to it now

You must live in a really safe area where you go out walking so late by yourself. In my younger years I used to do that but I always had my huge dog with me also for just in case. I love the gifts and you give the perfect amount and very nice gifts for everyone. I get so stressed out when I watch Dougherty dozen and those kids get over $1000 each in gifts for Christmas and their birthdays can be even worse than Christmas. Your Christmas is very much like the Christmas gifts I would by for my son. You look amazing and you are doing an amazing job at being a single mom. It's not easy by any means. I was a single mom but I only had 1 son you have 9 kids? I hope you had an awesome Christmas with your family.

I live rurally in an agriculture area on my own private property with guard dogs, so I’m not walking in the city at night. Ha ha. And yes, I’m a mom of nine. I have six minor children ages three through 15. Then three adult children. My oldest adult son is married with children. My next two adult children live at home still but work and/or school full-time/save their money and are doing/planning their Adulthood things. Thanks for watching!

Could you please explain what Christmas Adam is? I’m from the Pacific Northwest and have never heard of that. The only thing I can think of is that it refers to the day before Christmas Eve. Large family mom here, but not a single mom, but basically I am a single mom when it comes to doing all the Christmas things cause my husband doesn’t really do any of it. He used to at least wrap the gifts and now he’s decided he doesn’t want to so, but this is your reminder that you don’t HAVE to do all the things !! the Christmas jammies are not mandatory. I decide this year no gingerbread houses. It stresses me out so we just didn’t do it.

For a different perspective on intermittent fasting, add one of Gin Stephens' books (Delay, Don't Deny or Fast, Feast, Repeat) to that ever-growing stack you've compiled. I would argue that rather than being a stressor, it's actually given me back my sanity and enabled me to lose 80 pounds and keep it off over the course of four years. It really is a lot easier than it sounds, and it's the only thing that's been sustainable for me. Keep up the great work!
