Jamerill..I've been dealing with Chronic illness/auto immune disorder for over 40 years. BELIEVE ME, IVE done it ALL including restrictive diets that would drive any human being insane. What I've learned over the years is that STRESS is the most disruptive thing to the entire body. Unfortunately, at times, it's unavoidable. Putting restrictions on your diet is only causes MORE stress. Its a viscious cycle. Try easing up on the restrictions and give yourself a break. Also 10 minutes of meditation daily could be helpful. . You are a strong, beautiful, and amazing woman whos been through a lifetime of trauma. It's going to take time for you to heal physically, emotionally,& mentally. Sending yo love ❤️ hugs🫂 and healing prayers. 🙏God Bless..

@@JamerrillStewart I had a lot of trauma such as abuse so on.. find a really good women counselor that you can work through the past trauma. And that will help you bring it to Jesus and give forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn't mean they were wrong just means you get to move on. Healing hearts is a Christian group that helps ppl with deep trauma. It might be helpful to check this out..

I will never forget a wonderful couple at our old church…he went on to become a pastor. They had five kids. I had five kids, the first four in 6.5 years including a stillborn daughter as the middle baby of the four. We had a super surprise baby five years after we thought we were done. I was the nursery director at church and teaching 2nd graders on Wednesday nights. We all went to Sunday school. My husband worked a lot of hours and wasn’t always able to come with us. I was telling them I felt bad I didn’t do more at the church, and they told me I was right where God needed me at that stage of my life…home taking care of my family. I’ll always be grateful for the grace I was able to give myself after that and to this day. I can do what I can do during each season of life, and God expects nothing more. Take care of yourself and your babies and the rest will take care of itself…with God’s grace it always does ❤

I have been doing autoimmune protocol diet and that is the hardest diet ever I have been adding things in slowly I am now getting eggs and I went to gluten free oats but I have been wanting a bowl of cereal so bad I only put a half cup of milk in my cereal and I had a reaction I found out dairy is a huge problem for lots of people with autoimmune issues so I tried lactose free milk and cheese and I can do both with no problems I am finally in a happy place with this diet. You have been such a inspiration to me in this diet I didn't feel alone. I have been keeping myself busy with canning. I have 2 of the Atlas 1/2 gallon jars currently holding wild blackberry puree to be turned into jam tomorrow, today I made 6 quarts of spaghwtti meat sauce using tomatoes from my garden thats 6 dinners for my family also made 40 quarts of bone broth half chicken, half ham broth I have been working the freezers over I am so excited anyways thank you for all you do!❤

Ultimately the issue was gluten and she's back in business health wise so it was worth all those MANY weeks doing that elimination diet. I swear I have ptsd after doing it!! You're so wise eliminating gluten and dairy... the two super common problems. Great perspective doing all you can, during this season of life!!! Prayers for resolution to your health issues.

When you first said it, I thought wow. That's a lot! I do have to say I have not had a migraine in almost 20 years general body aches got so much better, but age also makes a difference, and probably my diet today is still not the best.
