Okay so listen, I NEVER leave comments... But I just... I'm in SHOCK!! First off, your PATIENCE in doing all this cooking with a few kiddos around AND holding your camera?!?! AND you fixed your hair?! My word... You are SUPERWOMAN I am a 28 yr old momma of ONE little PERFECT 15 month old ANGEL... like literally she has been the healthiest, sweetest, most well behaved ((so far! but I know what I got coming!)) AND I am not currently working and I'm tellin' ya ma'am, I feel like I am running myself ragged sometimes! I apologize for all that extra info, but I'm just saying you are a FORCE to be reckoned with and this is such an inspiration to me for the kind of momma I WILL become for my daughter and hopefully a bigger family someday! Thank you for sharing!

Your videos are so interesting and inspiring. Did I ever mention that you have the patience of an angel? and your voice is so soothing and calming towards your children. I can barley muster the energy to prepare dinner for my husband and myself after a long day of work, but you just get it done with your business, homeschooling, and nursing an infant. Good on you! Keep those videos coming. Wish I had your organizational skills.

You are a blessing. I have mom's who tell me they can't make anything from scratch with little ones running around. And you prove you can. And homeschool as well. I love doing scratch cooking it's more healthier and you know what is in it. I make cakes from scratch and freeze them and make icing too from scratch. I will pull it out the morning of the day were eating it and they will be thaw out by dinner. Keep up girl God bless you and your family.

I have a crazy high energy 17 month old and I'm pregnant with number 2, with horrible morning sickness. I had to have a perscription earlier and now at 19 weeks, while it's gotten better, I still have morning sickness. I still manage to cook most days and I make extra to freeze for later. It's completely possible to have little ones and cook! I'm even starting to have him "help out" (mostly watching and making a mess😆). I'm not even a high energy person, I'm pretty lazy most days. I think it's more about priorities. I didn't grow up in a family that had sit down dinners and made it a priority for my family.

I always love your freezer meal videos! You made so many meals, I felt like taking a nap just watching! I have a quick biscuit making tip for you: Roll out your biscuit dough to your desired thickness. Take your hands and square off the edges of your dough to form a square or rectangle of dough on your counter. Take a long knife and cut your dough into squares to form your biscuits instead of using a biscuit cutter. There will be no waste and you will not have to form a second set of biscuits from the scraps, which often forms tough biscuits. The biscuits will be square instead of round, but it's all the same! I hope that helps. God Bless.

I've just found your channel and I've spent every free time I have watching your videos. I'm terminally ill (I'm 41 and when I was 32 my doctors gave me 2 years at the most to live but I'm a fighter) I spend most of my time bedridden. Just as a few other channels do your videos help me by distracting me from horrific pain. it's part of my mindfulness plan so I just wanted to thank you for all the hours you spend planning, filming and and editing. I slipped in thr bathroom last week and my head whacked on the faucet and I landed half in and half out of the bath. I broke three ribs which is really painful. It was hard to breathe and any slight move set it off. It made it hard to eat and my weight was already low at 47.8 kg. Anyway back to you. You already probably know this put you are a super women raising your children, home schooling them, feeding all of you and all the other household chores you do. I've been watching Sarah from Our Tribe of Many and I love her whole family and i think that you are on her channel list. You are absolutely amazing. God bless you and your family. Xx

Amy, I'm so very sorry for your pain. I'm cheering you on as you beat the odds and also outlive the 2 years you were given. You're a fighter! xoxo

@@JamerrillStewart thank you for your kind words and for highlighting my comment. It means a lot to me. People like you who notice and respond when confronted with a difficult thing like a stranger (although watching your videos I feel like family) telling you that they are terminally ill. I also have aspergers so I can be a bit blunt or matter of fact about my health. I've had enough of illness and all its complcations but I'll always keep fighting. I'm at peace with passing because I know that God will call me home at the right time. I've had so many people say well where is your God now. I always respond by saying he is right here next to me like He always is. They don't have a response to that and my aim of making them think about it works sometimes. I really appreciate your videos and I think that you are amazing and so are your beautiful family. You are all in my prayer book. God bless. Xx

I just wanted to share my favorite easy family freezer meal. It's meatless too which I love. Obviously you'll need to make much larger amounts but here is a single recipe: Creamy skillet penne 16 oz penne 32 oz vegetable broth 1 pint heavy cream 1 1/2 C shredded Parmesan 2 TBL olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 2 TBL parsley Pour all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag EXCEPT the broth. Mix and flatten out. Thaw, pour into skillet and add your broth. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally. It tastes like Olive Garden alfredo. I also make it fresh but it's nice to have it frozen ready to go sometimes.

Pro tip if you want to save time on cooking the rice fast: boil the water separately. Once it starts bubbling away, THEN add the water to the rice in the cooker, and put the lid on. Most rice cookers or slow cookers have a setting for when you are cooking with hot water.

You make me get up and be more productive so thank you for that. 💜. Just an FYI with the pressure cookers leaving them under your cabinets while the steam escapes will cause swelling in the wood which is not repairable. The wood absorbs the moisture. I always use my island instead to prevent this.
