I’m 38, my dads been my rock my entire life, a pillar of strength, can turn to him no matter what, over the last few years he’s beaten skin and bladder cancer, but he’s getting older and I’m become more and more aware that time is running out. He’s ill on and off with side effects from the bladder cancer, I went to his bed the other day and thought the tables are turning, he told me he’s proud of me and this song sums up my entire feelings right now. I’m struggling with the fact of life and meaning now. Just going to hold the times we’ve got left and hopefully get some more memories!
