"I don't need a Q to break your balls" is a triple entendre. The third meaning is a "Que" as in a signal of some sort. So OG Bond is saying that he doesn't need someone to give him a signal to break new Bond's balls.

What's genius about this ERB< is that that not only do they rap like you'd think they might and say what you think they'd rap with, but also the whole personalities of the characters. The way Austin Powers ends up winning in his movies is just by pure dumb luck, and outragous things that could easily be either pure genius, or straight up stupid that just ended up working, and you can't always tell which is which. In this case, he, like you said, got Bond to talk himself up, and the original Bond wasn't going to have any of that, so he did kinda win in the end, just by pure dumb(or was it genius?) luck. It played out like an Austin Powers film.

'James B-on-D' is how to spell his name, and ends up with quite a different connotation than the line in the rap supplied. Just something I've noticed that could have been used against him if they decided to go that way for the rebuttal.
