@@annt.7785 By "life long", I'm pretty sure what they meant is that the contract with the Devil will last the rest of your life, starting from the moment you make the deal. Wording can be weird so I understand where you were coming from too. But yeah, the part where JB puts his driver's soul up for grabs wasn't as realistic, but I feel like the film wasn't trying to be super logical or based in reality type of way. Although, I can definitely see The Devil being a chaotic, flamboyant villain type just like Gary Oldman has portrayed him in this.

To me, this was more of a making people more aware, of this actually happening, because now, in 2019, I am seeing it more exposed. Because you can't beat the devil with your own strength, only if you put on the whole armor of God. James Brown a very spiritual and spirited man I feel had the capability to do this. Unlike those who actually sold their soul, and rose in fame, their work was shallow. James Brown rise to the top came from HARD WORK. He was still schooling us, to the end. No lol James told the driver I’ll give you a great sums of money in return you’ll sell your soul for me the driver didn’t believe in any of that stuff so he agreed money talks after all after the race was won the driver won he kicked the old James out of the car as too say it was all crazy talk... but when he looked at the mirror he say James do a backflip and he just smiled I believe he was smiling in a sense of disbelieve like haha what did I do same way he was rich so who cares

This video had that distinct Tony Scott direction. Fast cuts, fast-forward movements, quick freezes, saturated colors, etc. Just watch Enemy of the State, Man on Fire, Deja Vu.

@@Strawberries0000 Right? Not to get too crazy w the conspiracies, but the only real estate deal Jared Kushner ever lost a billion trying to own ; 666 5th ave. A sleekly polisned black skyscraper with it's address emboldened at top in big red numbers. Oh..and it's across the street from St. Patricks cathedral. Just sayin...

Lol, no it's not. It's a mediocre boring flick with one of the most wooden actors around that maybe only a bunch of drunken first year law students could be impressed with. Nowhere near really decent flicks on the theme like Harry Angel or Rosemary's Baby, not to mention top shelf stuff like Faust (1994).
