It is such a pleasure to watch Mr. Brown the most gifted singer dancer song writer that can move like he was born to do just that. I would call him Havard's Dean of the Song and Dance Department. He had to be very strong to sing like he did and dance at the same time.

You see a lot of people trying to dance like the king Elvis when a good Elvis song comes on but my ' God ' father of soul Mr JB how can you copy that his moves are just one of a kind never to be seen again just like he's floating across the stage on some moves RIP you legend !
@angrycannibal66254 ай бұрын
The ‘king Elvis’ copied moves and music from black artists with no credit or compensation as usual. That’s not a king but a thief like so many others, Jerry Lee lewis ect. The reason that James Brown wasn’t widely copied and monetized by whites is because his moves were difficult and required skill, talent and innovation. Micheal Jackson, Prince, Usher and many others attribute James Brown as inspiration for their styles and new artists continue to do so.

I saw him live & up close around 1980 when he was around 50 years old. Probably the best show I have ever seen. Tina Turner was very good too but JB was better and more entertaining. JB definitely had the moves but if it were between Michael Jackson vs JB I'd have to give it to MJ as far as dancing. I grew up listening to JB and had the majority of his albums & I'm not even black (lol).
