That turntable has a "radio station" quality diamond needle and cartridge which is why it sounds so incredible. Listen to the stereo separation and you can hear all the instruments being played. This is truly the way a turntable and needle should sound.

I absolutely love that you can hear everything so crisply. I especially love that you can hear Stevie Ray Vaughan’s guitar licks a little more. Wish they released a version with the volume of his mix increased.

the only real way to listen to music at home, on a good old fashioned turn table, run it through the amp and whack the speakers up to eleven, hahahahaha biggest lie ever told, CDs are the future, they will last for ever! Ive never had one album stuck in the turntable, and they still sound better than CDs...... good choice of vinyl, James Brown doing what he does best... freaking loosing it and bringing it all back

Super highways, Coast-to-coe, easy to guess, anywhere across the trans-continnental, overload just five days bind the wheel How does it feel? When there's no destination, That's too far, And somewhere on the way, You might find out who you are Wooo! Livin' in America. Owww! Eye to eye Bitch in the kitchen, Livin' in America. Hand to hays, Across the nation, Livin' in America. Got to have a celebration. Rock my soul! Heh. Oww! Heh. Ghost pans, bed man. Many miles. A real tank. All nights, Radio Keyhole running through No rock 'n' roll toe All night diners Keep you awake in on Black tar gas And a hard role Wooo! You might have to walk a fine line. Say it. You might take a hard line. But Everybody's workin' overtime. Livin' in America. Heh. Eye to eye. Station to station. Livin' in America. Hand to hay, across the nation. Livin' in America. Yeahhhhh, Got to have a celebration. Yow! I, I live, in America. Got that back together Say I, I live, in America. Now your best ugh, yeah! Every mornin' I, I live, in America. Uoo Overgrown ugh! I live yeah in America. Wait a minute. You may not see, Lookin for the promised land, but you might find it anyway. Only one is goin', over me ya knee. Like New Orleans, New Orleans, Detroit City, Detroit City Dallas huh Dallas Pittburgh P.A. Pittburgh P.A. New York City New York City Kansas City Kansas City Atlanta wow Atlanta Chicago And L.A. Livin' in America. Yeahoow Good man. Livin' in America. Yeah, I'm okay now. Livin' in America. Livin' in America. Yeahhhh I I live in America. Headin' out. Now I I live in America. Strong! I I live in America. Say! I live in America Stayin the night. Make the crime. Ooo I live in America. Hey, I'm nobody's bitch. I agree, but I have a question. Dual in today's market their sold as a inexpensive brand. Is the older stuff really good in sound and quality. Plus Marantz is wicked good. Owned a a 1975 model till the finals went.
@ValterBand11 жыл бұрын
Yes, older stuff is made to last, and todays garbage they sell for big bucks, can't compete with stuff made in 70's, and early 80's. Dual 1245 is 1975 model, I think? And Marantz receiver 1972-73, if I'm not wrong... If you want to buy a new, good quality turntable, you have to pay at least 700$, I guess... So, why bother, when you can find used, but good ones for 50-150$... And huge, if not most important part with turntable is the cartridge! Never buy cheap ones(20-40$).
