The underlying science of science is Physics. After the release of Cold Sweat in 1967, the underlying science of virtually all popular music was influenced by James Brown. It's a broad and unproven statement. But the reality is, there isn't a single musician (on record) that heard his music that ever denied being impacted by it. By the way, speaking of influence, James Brown was a big jazz fan and spoke of John Coltrane quite a bit. He and Robert McCollough started experimenting with this "screaming sax" sound that Coltrane mastered quite successfully in Super Bad and other music they did.

Did anyone see james hand gesture around the 1:30 mark??? ........I happened to noticed that
@nobodyhere1008 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that's a symbol for 666. He's required to make a number of that and other symbols, because he sold his soul to the devil for fame. Making those hand symbols shows his allegiance(or rather loyalty) to what most people call "the illuminati". You'll see that sign, the devil horns(rampant at Rock and roll concerts), and of course the infamous hand pyramid(Jay Z throws that up a lot). Selling his soul didn't make James any less talented or entertaining(obviously), but it did boost his popularity and cashflow. Crazy stuff.
@JodiGilar8 жыл бұрын
+Christopher Morano but how could he becomes the godfather of soul if he'd already sold his soul to the devil..?

brown peaked in the 60s and 70s---after that didnt care for his shows much--he was getting slow and it was too g;litzy
@PaulDA20004 жыл бұрын
That’s your opinion. I saw him live over 100 times since 1971 when a was 15, and many of his best live shows for me were in the early 1980s.
@thesailamemoirs3 жыл бұрын
his popularity may have peaked during the 60s and 70s but his quality of performances remained the same. Don’t lie

James Brown was a perfectionist when it came to his performances so however you hear it, that's how James wanted it.

It's like that on the album version. It's intended.
