The person they are buying product from judges people on age and weight. She said herself she is older and feels over the weight of a the standard 20yo, which makes her side eye . I think if, for example how you said people leave rude comments and you clap back is fine. But for James Charles or anyone as popular as him with a brand, they do need to keep it close to the chest because it could effect their sales, their brand, etc they have more to lose rather than you or any regular creator who doesn’t have a brand or something to give them the revenue that they get.
