I think unless you’re trying to force diversity there will likely be more white people, cause white people are the majority at least in the u.s, it should just be based off of talent and not color anyways, I think people need to stop focusing on race so much and just focus on who that person is and not what color they are. Maya Lee I am no doctor so I don’t want to diagnose or not diagnose Trisha here...but I would actually say that maybe there’s actually nothing wrong with her at all. She has just become so aware of how to make money in situations most people would think is wrong/shameful/making fun of others real situations. When you take a step back and actually look at her content you’ll notice that she usually “comes out” as whatever topic is even slightly trending at the moment. There was a little bit of buzz about DID and then Trisha all of a sudden drops a video about her alters. As someone with BPD (diagnosed by a professional) it bothers me extremely how everyone who is problematic or just a sh*tty person gets the BPD tag. It’s an extremely stigmatized disorder and I’ve never acted that way even in my worst actually people with BPD are more common to blame themselves and hurt themselves for the bad things that are happening. Trisha is most definitely mentally ill. Unfortunately, some bad people have bpd too, and the disorder exacerbates their shitty actions. I'm saying this as someone who also has bpd. I hate the stigma as well. I've lost friends because of my disorder. It can feel like when people say a bad person has bpd, then maybe your a bad person too because you have bpd. But, you're not. Don't take these things personally. Your disorder isn't your identity, but a part of it. Trisha probably has bpd (but I'm not a psych) but that doesn't mean you're as bad as her.

It is typically caused by repeated abuse to a child under 7, more commonly under the age of 4-5. Where the genetic component would come in, is that if you have 2 kids suffering similar abuse one will dissociate and have thier (self/personality) shattered and the other won't. It is a very complicated diagnosis

I personally love Victoria Justice thanks to growing up watching her on Zoey 101. She's one of many stars I have looked up in the past to see how they're doing, and what they're up to. She actually did a tv show called Eye Candy that didn't do amazing. It was supposed to get a second season, but it got dropped. She's also been in a couple of movies because when she tried to debut as an artist, it completely flopped. She later left the company she was working with do to "creative differences," and a lot of people assume it's because her debut didn't sound like her at all. I personally think the quality of someone's voice is dependent on those who view them. Everyone's tastes will be very different. While I liked everyone's voices on the show, and had preferences to some over others, someone else may disagree. It's just a matter of taste. But last I heard about Victoria Justice was that she was staying out of the limelight more on purpose. Still working on movies, but not caring about being on the big screen, and couldn't care less about her music career for the time being. So if you're wondering about where she's at now, and why she didn't do as well as everyone expected, that's why. She's way more of a down to earth person, and doesn't mind her old costars being the ones in the limelight now since she still actively cheers them on

Millions have been laid off or furloughed and it isn't because the company wants to. They have to. We're declaring bankruptcy on our all our restaurants with 230 employees out of work. I'm nearly dead over it mentally and it may take me physically because it is unbearable and unimaginable in every way. Businesses can't survive being shut down for months. Yass thank you for bringing up the Sephora issue! I was one of the employees who fired on the conference call. The call was informed to me 30 mins ahead of it and not even by the store manager but from a lower level manager. The call was quick cold and to the point with no time for questions of what’s too come next. Before the lockdown I was encouraged several times to get my cosmetology license even if it meant taking out a loan since I worked in the color section of Sephora. Thankful I just felt that was not the right choice. I personally feel like Sephora saw this virus as a prefect opportunity to let go of now useless employees and hire more licensed artist.

People get mad when there isn't enough diversity but then they also get mad when diversity is forced and being used just to get brownie points. Not every situation or group of people in life is going to be diverse. There's like, what, less than 10 people on the show? Do people expect every person to be a different colour, age, sexuality, etc? That's unrealistic af and there would literally be no possible way to accomplish that naturally. People are saying there should be a wider range of ages... do they want old people on the show?? I don't understand why people beg and beg for diversity but then when they get it, they get mad that it's just "tokenism" and the diversity isn't a genuine effort. Sometimes, a group of people is entirely white. Just like they're sometimes entirely black. Or asian. Sometimes there's only going to be 1 POC, or 1 LGBTQ+ person. They're called minorities for a reason. Picking and choosing who's going to be on a show based off of skin colour or sexuality or gender is so wrong. You either want forced, disingenuous diversity for some sort of half-assed representation OR you want race/sexuality/etc. to stop being viewed as so important so that tokenism can end and everyone will be given equal attention based on talent and skill alone. It’s difficult to figure out how I feel about boycotting brands that have furloughed their employees, while the Sephora sitch is shady, other companies that are getting backlash include the company I am still a part of (American Eagle/aerie). We all just had a very similar conference call to tell us that we are being furloughed (happy birthday to me lmao) but up until then we were getting paid and are using our sick leave for one more week of pay. But what a lot of people don't know is that a big part of what they send out from their warehouses is sold by the third-party sellers, and a LOT of those are small-business owners. This morning she contacted mum to tell her she was in house confinement and I had no other news for 30 minutes, in which I called her (she didn't pick up) and was almost hysterical to understand if she was positive or not (she is one of those people that could die from Covid, also her husband is). Fortunately she's negative to the virus, and we're waiting on the second tampon to be sure she didn't catch it (one of her collegues was positive alongside all her family and she worked with that woman for half a day, ence why the confinement). So, yeah, if you think about faking having Covid-19 just for clout you're not only scum, but be sure to stay as far away from me as possible, 'cause I might punch you in your stupid fucking face, you piece of shit.

I'm actually so pissed that whenever some drama happens it's always the women that get cancelled even though Jeffree is the one being problematic. He should've been cancelled and forgotten a long time ago, but nobody is aknowledging hiw toxic he is. Yes, Tati lied. But so did Jeffree. I work for Ulta and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive. I'm a part-time employee- still getting paid. All of Ulta's employees are getting paid, even hairstylists, benefit brow specialists, mac artists, etc. All of us. They assured us that our company is well-off and that there is nothing to worry about in regards to pay. They've also added a mental health and wellness tab in our work app, to make sure that we are all doing okay even though we aren't working. I can't believe Sephora is doing this.

That Victoria Justice meme is interesting because I always interpreted it the other way around where it was making Ariana look bad not Victoria. Like she's that one friend who is talented and knows it and it gets old that nobody will shut up about it. I guess other people interpreted it more as a jealous remark from Victoria. Either way, at this point it's just a joke and I'm sure most people that use that quote don't actually care about the situation behind it, they're just using it as a meme. Idk why Ariana felt the need to get pissed off about it. That's a very easy to ignore comment, why did she feel the need to reply?
