I JUST HAD TO SMILE AND FELT SO HAPPY AT THE SAME TIME SEEING D-TRAIN JAMMING "LIVE". GROWING UP THROUGH THE 1980'S I LOVED AND STILL DO NOW IN 2023! D-TRAIN'S 12" INCH MIXES OF THEIR FAMOUS SONGS PRODUCED BACK THEN. "YOU'RE THE ONE FOR ME", "KEEP ON", "MUSIC", "THERE'S SOMETHING ON YOUR MIND ", "HUSTLE AND THE BUSTLE OF THE CITY", ETC. DID I MISSED ANYMORE? I'M GLAD I WAS ALIVE THEN TO STILL ENJOY THEIR MUSIC ANTHOLOGY NOW AT 60 YEARS OLD!

Unfortunately, unless people stop messing about on social medial and start picking up instruments and LEARNING TO PLAY again, you might be wrong i'm afraid.... very few people under 50 can actually play funk anymore, it's so sad.

How many people do you know today that are still making live music like this r&b on top of it that is live and real that you can feel within your soul deep within your soul at that I can't say none all this computer-generated beats something about Hubert eaves & d train takes me back to many sunsets and moons ago I feels like yesterday some days it's a place in my heart that can never be replaced literally can never be replaced with no type of money or anyting we will never get them times back especially if you had kids and you watch them grew up some of them are gone some of them are still with us and it's funny I still picture these feelings and things I had in the 80s that are over 35 years old the feelings that I felt when I hear these songs that takes me back to them times these guys will be greatly missed in the music they created they're not never playing them on the radio no more but I got it on repeat for the last 5 years via KZbin thank you Evan Williams & d train for bringing such beautiful music to life and always will be and never be matched don't let nobody stare you down that you weren't as good as Michael Jackson or anybody else because your music has its own art to it and it has its own place within many people's hearts not only mine God bless you

This song makes me sad, in a good way. When it first came out I was a teenager, so filled with joy and happiness, and abandon. Now at 62yo, I wonder where did the time go? I had so much fun then, it should’ve been illegal.
