James Freed Addresses ICMA Defamation Lawsuit on Video for First Time

For the first time since filing his anti-defamation lawsuit against the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Port Huron Michigan City Manager James Freed speaks publicly about it on video.
He specifically addresses ICMA CEO Marc Ott and other staffers by name and eagerly welcomes them to Michigan next month for the start of the trial which is set to begin on October 29th.
