Harden put up better total numbers in 2015 and 2016 than Steph, and thats all people care about right now. LeBron had a fantastic year, but Harden had an even better one back in 2015 but lost due to wins. This year is no different. People have spent the last 4 years moving the goal posts to prevent Harden from winning MVP. Great that he finally has one, I couldn't care less how deserved or undeserved it is. Although he definitely deserves this one.

Harden had a better defensive rating, averaged more steals, almost the same number of blocks despite being 4 inches shorter and had the best post defence in the entire league. Weak argument.

Harden had CP3, Eric Gordon, Trevor Ariza and guys that could create their own shot. LeBron had to literally hold JR Smith's, George Hill and Kevin Loves hands the whole second half of the season
