No team will put up with his immature tactics at his age, not anymore. They'll take one look at it from afar and decide he's not worth the trouble. A contender shouldn't pick him up in trades.

I’m all for player empowerment and I will almost always side with players over the owners, but this and the Ben Simmons fiasco are PERFECT examples of what happens when NBA players abuse the fact that it’s a “player’s league”. Wright saying that murray would never have a series like that again is odd. He had a jazz series in the 2020 playoffs (the last time he saw the postseason) and had produced 31.6, 5.6, 6.3 on 55%, 53, 92 and he sustained that through 7 games and not a 4 game sweep. Its a bit of a laugh to think that murray cant do that when 2 out of 3 years he's seen the postseason he's had a similar output?

Playoff Murray in general is AMAZING! There are 7 players EVER to avg 25+ 5+ 5+ in playoffs (minimum 50 playoff games): LeBron MJ Curry West Giannis Jokic Murray Murray averaged 32.5 ppg (I tend to round up to but not for stuff like this), but why not just say 32+ PPG?!?! MJ twice averaged 32+ PPG in 90/93 ECF as did Iceman Gervin in 1982 WCF, Dirk in 2011 WCF, Luka in 2022 WCF. Nick even after FINALLY admitting what everyone objective knew (Jokic was one of the illest EVER of any player before 28 years old even before this run!) still tries to minimize Joker. He wasn’t just “great” in the WCF he (like Playoff Murray) also had ONE OF THE GREATEST CONFERENCE FINALS EVER. Joker 2023 WCF AVERAGED 28 15 12 1.3 spg 1.3 bpg 51/47/78 +10 per game +/- No one ever has come close to doing that 😅
