I cant believe I still haven't had a wellington. My daughter doesn't eat beef though which is a shame as I'd like to cook a beef wellington. It looks delicious.

James Martin is a lettuce short of a sandwich imo butt seems to have an opinion so I am all for that. The opinion may be bizarre, I have probably done a lot for the king in the past, as has any taxpayer in the uk.. So what is Martin trying to say? He may have met royalty, many of us have. He may have paid for royalty, many of us did . And then we have those gloves Dave Gorman sent.. I think you need to get off whatever ego trip may be on the boil Martin and just work off what you are good at, and open youtube comments on if you are confident .
