Played this song regularly as a DJ in college, WRCU at Colgate University, 1977. Kitchen workers at Student Union would call me up to play it again, 'cause they were dancing around the kitchen to it making lunch.

I grew up in Hingham MA and they played a gig at the Hingham High Gymnasium when I was still in Junior High. They did this song and I remember it all clearly. It was officially my first live show. I loved it. I stood right up front and later peeled off the stage a little piece of gaffer tape that I saved for years in a box along with ticket stubs.

I remember in January of 73 seeing the JMB at the Spectrum in Philly, with the Allman Brothers, only a few months removed from the late, great, Berry Oakley passing. The one thing I remember is this song, and the harmonica just soaring through one's brain! Excellent show to say the least!!

My first show…S.E. Mass in ‘75. My brothers were in a group that staged shows locally…and somehow talked my parents into letting me go. The one thing I really remember is them doing the old R&B tune “Don’t You Just Know It”, because my 7 YO ass thought the “gooba gooba gooba part was f***in’ hilarious. Last time I saw him was at the Melody Tent on the Cape, he sat in with Dr. John on “I Walk On Gilded Splinters” it was an awesome version.
