Guys, love the video. I just purchased a 13 ft raft and I am looking for some cool places to take it. I live in Fredericksburg so we have the Rappahannock River which is ok, but I was wondering if you could give me some ideas on where I might be able to drop in around the Richmond area or really anywhere on the James. I am new to this, and the information is overwhelming. I would greatly appreciate any information you can provide me.

I'd drop the raft on the Balcony Falls section of the James for an easy run. Downtown Richmond is fun also. Facebook has several good paddling groups, and you can hit up the Coastal Canoeists for more info.
