I can pair it without the dongle on my phone. Try using the dongle with your TV, it might work.

i have these headphones. they are fair for the quality and price ratio. ive had my headphone for a little over 6 months now of constant use. probably 6-9 hours daily with overnight charging. sometimes i forget to charge them and i go another 6-9 hours no issues. they are comfortable and the sound is fair. the mic isnt great then again i dont use it, because i prefer condenser mics. the only thing is i dont know anyway to track the battery life so im in a constant paranoia of charging it everynight which i hope it doesnt overcharge. otherwise good product.

These are literally better than the new PlayStation pulse elite. Not sound wise for the volume on these are a little low. But still sound pretty great. But fit/finish, quality and comfort wise? Blows the Pulse Elite out of the water. AND they actually fit really well with the PSVR2. Unlike the Pulse Elite.

I still charge mine overnight and use all day. You might want to contact support. Sorry to hear about your problems, but the headphones are cheap enough to get another one from amazon, just return the old headphones and tell them it did not work.

For those who hesitate to buy this headset: These headphones are not worth the price, believe me you better find a leading gaming headset for the same price that will be better, the sound of the speakers is similar to half dollar speakers, my sound rating of these headphones is 6/10, also sometimes there are noises (the noises sound like a game that crashes on a weak PC, although my PC is far from weak) that really hurt my ears, also (maybe it's my quirks) but I don't like the voice notification "Power on" "Power off" " Microphone on" "Microphone off"... and other sounds, in my opinion, these notifications should not be in all gaming devices at all, they not only distract from the process, but also sound miserable, as if in speakers and half a dollar. For those if anyone is worried about the response delay, then know that in ordinary gaming headphones the delay is 1-5 mc, these headphones have Hi-Fi support with a flash drive, the delay is 35-40 mc, and in any Bluetooth headphones 100-150 mc, so you won't notice the difference between wired and Hi-Fi connections (only if you don't listen very hard). Also, I don't recommend it for those who like to play FPS shooters like CS:GO, hearing the footsteps of enemies is simply terrible and not accurate (6/ 10). At the expense of autonomy, they satisfy me (I cannot say exactly how long they work, because I have never sat at the computer with them for a long time). The case itself and the overall design satisfied me for this 8.8/10. as for the microphone, I really liked it here, it is not just a plastic stick but a normal, comfortable, elastic microphone 9/10. My conclusion: I can rate these headphones as 7/10, the only pluses of this headset are their microphone and case, they are not quite suitable for games, there are other non-gaming options with a much lower price and much better sound.
