James, well done, as always. Dude, I definitely recommend everyone get a vintage, lightly used or new, cream colored cable knit fisherman’s sweater/jumper. Classic! Classic! Plus the ladies love to cuddle up on a dude wearing one on cold winter nights 🚀. Keep that Lee denim jacket, for life. Hand it off to James Jr., when he’s 16. The mohair sweater/jumper is another classic piece. Are you familiar with the American 🇺🇸 brand (now Japanese owned), J. Press? You will love their iconic Shaggy Dog sweaters. They are pricey and usually never go on sale. They sell out fast. Lastly, I am going to check out the Goral brand. I think my son, a 1L student at the University of Michigan law school, may like a pair of those boots. It’s cold in Ann Arbor

I recently went down the rabbit hole of looking at Lee Storm Rider jackets. I believe if the wool lining is horizontally striped, it's 1970s or older and probably wool, if it's vertical striped lining it's 1975s or newer with a synthetic blend liner. This is all from an article on Heddels

For winter, i recently went and got a vintage beige/cream sheepskin coat, and im so happy with it. Warning, they are incredibly warm. I tried warning it with a vest, shirt, and flannel, and i was sweating.

Can’t be on board with the beanie, especially at 80% acrylic it makes it a hard pass, especially given the price. For those who like a similar fisherman’s beanie I highly suggest sterkowski. Still hand making hats all these years later, and in wool. Pricing is extremely fair.

I had no idea they brought back the Barbour Spey, thought they were discontinued years ago. They were only available in japanese aftermarkets from the looks of it. Welp its sold out on END though, damn everyone nabbed it quick. It just needs to be a permanent part of the line honestly.
