In Scottish prisons it is very frouned upon. To the point you'd get you face sliced open for even suggesting something like that. Even if you're just gay, you'll get bullied. Gay sex is a definite no in our prison system. It's just something that doesn't happen. English prisons are beginning to do it all the time, copying their black cousins in America, and it's disgusting.

This is so extremely rare in Scottish prisons. You'd get your face cut open for even suggesting something like this in olaces like Polmont, Bar L, Craigies((aberdeen,now gone)) Porterfield etc etc It's really really not acceptable, and I've seen dudes that are 5ft high take razors to guys twice their size over tobacco, So could only imagine what would happen to someone if they tried that crap up here.

Ive done a lot of years in prison unfortunately in my 20s and early 30s, not something im proud of. If a prisoner was helping himself to inmates as this guy says and other prisoners knew about it the rapist would be attacked on mass by the lads on the wing. I dont believe this guy, i remember two guys being caught at it by the night screw, they were shipped out immediately next morning for their own safety. Maybe it was different in Sykes era, and maybe iy goes on in dispersals where lifers do their sentence but i have not ever known a bully to last long, the lads dont stand for ot no matter how hard they are.
