When the Grandparents die, I can't help but shed a tear; because I miss my Grandparents too. I lost both my Maternal Grandfather Leslie and Maternal Grandmother Irene to Coronavirus in Late January 2021 (In the same week). My Grandmother's death was the most horrific loss, that I've ever experienced. That capped off the worst week of my life. Both Grandparents gone in the same week.

It's sad to hear that, Martin. I also passed through that pain two years ago. My maternal grandfather "Saring" died in mid-January 2022 (or exactly, January 14, 2022, around a few minutes after midnight). It was the same day as his 74th birthday. All of us descendants of him and his wife became super sad at that time. Both my paternal grandparents and my maternal grandmother are still alive. May they fly high.

I lost my maternal grandparents eight months of each other. My grandfather died of Covid, grandmother stroke. She died the week of my 21st birthday which I find completely bizarre.
