**What advantages does Audition offer over Premiere Pro that justify the additional cost? Can you provide a comparison video highlighting unique features of Audition that aren't available in Premiere Pro please?**

James, thank you SO MUCH for this valuable video! My question is … now that the audio clip has been changed on the timeline (after saving it in Audition) how can I REMOVE those edits and restore it to its original sound? My edits were not great and I have multiple clips that I want to strip back to raw. Thanks!

Hey James, I would like to see a similar video where the entire sequence is edited in Audition. I'm confused on how to work in multitrack. It seems I can't make the changes you did in this video in multitrack. So I have to edit the waveform right? My problem is I usually have many files in the sequence so editing individually is too time consuming. The only way I know is to use 'Mixdown Session to New File' and put all the files into a single waveform. Then I can apply all the effects but is this the right way? Finally, when I want to export back to Premiere, should I only export new waveform that I created from the Mixdown or do I move all the files? Once I'm back in Premiere, I have a new audio track (with the mixdown files) so do I remove the original files on the other audit tracks? I know my way is not correct so a comprehensive tutorial on editing the entire sequence with edits would be nice. Thanks!

In Prem Pro - go to edit - edit in Audition - sequence. That will bring all your audio tracks into Audition. You then have to save it and in Audition go to File - Export - Export to Prem Pro. You can then choose whether to keep everything as individual tracks in Prem Pro or to bounce everything down to one new track. Once it's back in Prem Pro - if you need to make more changes, right click on the audio in the timeline (any track) and hit "edit original" to take you back to the original Audition multitrack.
