this method is good for oily skin! i notice that on oily skin, the avg+water solution becomes nice and tacky when you use it as a primer so your makeup really sticks. i loove it.

Hiiii James! Namaste from India :) As you said you use this Aloe Vera face mask in the night, do one thing, add Vitamin E oil into it and apply the Serum on face and leave it overnight. Well it will be sticky but results will be superb and you can see them in a week. A face pack of Aloe Vera gel, Honey and little rose water is good for oily skin. Apply it on face n leave it for 15-20 mins n wash off. You can make a very good face scrub using Aloe Vera gel, organic Honey and sugar. mix them all and scrub your face. one more nice face pack is mixing Aloe Vera gel with Sandalwood powder and aaplying it on face, leave it till it gets dried and then wash off. For oily skin people, after you wash your face, pat dry and apply Rose water as Toner, give a gap of 2-3 mins and apply a little aloe vera gel. :)

Natural aloe vera plants aren't as effective because if you have acne or scars, it can't permeate that deep through the skin. This is why I used processed aloe vera gel as I see results a lot faster and it's less time consuming.

Just bought my first jar and I love this stuff. It instantly cools your skin. My face gets red quickly in the sun and my pores are huge. Hopefully this will help but even if it doesnt, Im still in love with the texture of it and how feels on my face.

I work at nature republic and I like using it on my cuticles and nails after I groom them. So, after I file them down it gets a bit rough around the edges so i put some on to soften the tip so it's not as rough and then I put it on my nail bed and cuticles as well(:

I mix it with my Vitamin E oil, I empty the oil from a capsule, and that is my face moisturizer!!! I threw all moisturizers away, this is what I only use. Also, every morning, I use it to depuff my face, put it in your refrigerator, and after I eash in the morning, I apply it on my face and let it sit there, before putting on makeup. Hope this helps!!!

I watched your video about aloe about 2yrs ago now. I was searching for shaving alternatives for my husband. He is an African American man and has the worst time with shaving products because he gets severe ingrown hairs and bumps from shaving. I watched your video and we are lucky to live where we have an abundance of Nature Republic stores. We picked some up and he has been using it as a shaving “cream” ever since!!!! I use a *more* natural alternative...the actual aloe vera plant. We have dozens in our backyard. I put it on my face and leave it in over night, then wash it off in the morning. I am very much acne prone. Last week I had a very bad case of it to the point where they were vigorously red and painful.It's safe to say that I washed my face and in situations like these, I cut off thin pieces of the gel inside and set them right on top of the harsh pimples for about an hour or so--I like keeping the pieces on for as long as I can so if I have no plans to go out, they stay on till I go to sleep and don't wash my face till morning--I definitely noticed a major difference when I woke up.

@@MariaJose-mx7uv if you mean scars, then no...they don't go away but if I have a pimple that is dark (like I do now, I can see the huge contrast in my skin with the dark brown pimple) it will take it away once the pimple goes down. I actually gave up on alone vera awhile ago. I use a prescription gel my doctor gave me, it's called "Erythromycin and Benzoyl Peroxide Topical Gel". Unfortunately, this also isn't a permanent fix, it just makes them go away for awhile.

This is the Best Skin Product so far! I use this as a face moiturizer(day and night), deodorant, body lotion, foot mask. I use it all over my body. the results will be smooth and totally moisturized glowing skin. As for my Hair and Scalp (Hands Down!). I had severe dandruff for 10 years.I have tried every product on the market even coconut oil, but this is the only product that actually help me. and yes its true! its a good for hairstyling as well. Mostly about using it as a moisturizing, since the plant itself is mostly water and OTC aloe gel products don't have any occlusive ingredients (the thick cosmetic texture comes from mostly from carbomer) and can lead to further TEWL.

I like the nature republic aloe gel more rather than the faceshop aloe gel coz their product is much stickier and heavier compared to the nature republic one which is more like a pinch of watery texture and is easily absorbed in the skin .. either way both great products ! If you guys are familiar/using rejuvinating sets or products you'll know that it stings because of the micropeeling it does on your skin. I tried it once and never did it again because I hate how it hurts my skin. What I did to ease the redness was place ALOE VERA GEL on the fridge until its cold and slob it all over my irritated skin. It will sting a LOT. But I swear it's worth it. The redness will be gone and it wouldn't sting as much as it soothes the skin plus the cold. One more thing I'm confused tho, I've read once online that aloe vera gel isn't really a good substitute for moisturizer therefore you'll need to have another moisturizer plus the aloe vera. I am confused. 😕

Irina Sabiha have you tried Innisfree's aloe vera? I have checked that it is free from alcohol and It comes in a tube which makes it more hygienic than NR's aloe vera tub 👍🏻

U can try jeju aloe vera 99% . I used nature republic but its itchy on my skin. So i moved at jeju better on my skin

i bought one some time ago specifically por my hair but it wasnt that good for me (i always have problems with really good products and their reaction on my hair and skin) however this week i find out that its going to expire in one month, so i decided to use it as much as i can until that date, i never tried it as a face mask until now, i really like the cooling sensation specially on the areas with acne issues.

Hey you can use 'WOW' ALOEVERA GEL it has 99% of aloe it doesn't contain any color . They gave color to the packaging and not to the gel.
