The way you approach dark topics but maintain a light atmosphere in the room is impressive. Loving the interviews. Keep it going

Great podcast! I'd be interested to hear about bodybuilding for the older athletes. How does, if any, it differs from a younger athlete? I'm referring to 50, 60+ and beyond.

New sub here! Jamie is incredible! Thanks for this awesome podcast! Know her as a great coach and recognize her athletes but didn’t know her full background. She’s so knowledgeable and brings not only experience doing the sport herself at the Olympia level but life experience to impart. I’m an also vegan bodybuilder and in WPD. Natural athlete and compete in a drug tested league. We consider anything on WADA off limits including peptides etc. I can definitely attest to the suffering required to get peeled as a natty athlete. We have to get super peeled in WPD. It’s not for the faint of heart but can be done. It’s also a lot harder to get that peeled as a female. I actually just earned my pro card last night after 5 years of competing. I’m 50…so would encourage the young kids to max out genetic potential and not do gear! Agree…get the basics of discipline and training with intensity first. Would love you to have more guests like this on and also hear more about natty athletes.🙏🏻 thanks for your content!

Hello, you give so much hope❤I m french (living in France)and 49 years old, I keep on training since 10 years. I don't want to compet but I m training hard and very seriously because I want to age well and furthermore, I love lifting weight, learn biomecanics and technique. A lot of people say me: but will you train so hard when you'll get older ? Oh yes, I want to and I think everything is possible with love and discipline, even naturally. Now, my 14 yo son come with me to the gym and I wish I can give him the love of effort and bodybuilding. You're a great woman, being a WPD competiter and naturally, it's so hard. Thank you for your words❤

While everything you said is true the diff btwn the amount of muscle you can build natty and with juice is uuuuuuuuuge. Like 50 lbs at both maxes so theres still no comparison. You also keep much more than you think as per recent studies
