@grenadefatburner "Regularly polygraphed"? That must cost a fortune. The UFC doesn't even polygraph their fighters and they have millions of pounds at their disposal. I'm sure the product is good but I wouldnt be suprised if Jamie uses a lean steroid for definition of some growth hormone. He may also be on creatine or nox pump to assist his workouts. Great physique mind you.

Jamies body here is better than how it is nowadays, he just got way too ripped and it doesnt look as good. A little bit of fat (like he had here in this video) is better than overly ripped.
