Sir, take a bow. You just won the internet. If there is something better than a wife and husband in the woodshop together I haven't heard of it (well, in a PG context of course).

I think this is the first video featuring your wife that I have seen. I love it when mine comes out to the garage to work with me, or just work on her own stuff. Either way, we usually end up doing more dancing to the radio than actual wood working. Great project build!

This kind of video is great because it puts the less experienced viewer sort of in the video. You are explaining to a person we can see instead of into the camera. I think the best teacher is the one that does not teach much but rather just guide the student to teach him/herself. Great project, great video as always. I think the barn style doors came out really nice.

You did an outstanding job Jaime, especially since it was your first. I'm thinking though that maybe you've been a closet wood worker and secretly watching Jay's woodworking videos because you sure seemed to know your way around those tools. The dead giveaway was the synchronized drilling and screwing, and in the middle where you were watching the glue dry. That's a classic Jay Bates signature move. Oh, and Jay you did good too, as always.

Great video Jay. Classic Jay moment with the "Glue drying snack break." Those moments are now like "little gifts" wrapped in an occasional video. It is a lucky man that gets his wife into the shop, however, I may have you beat though, not only does my bride love to be in the shop, she loves to fish and I haven't had to clean a fish in 35 years (she loves it, I don't know why and I don't ask why). Jay you are a master at video production and editing; your videos are both very educational and highly entertaining, thank you for all the work it obviously takes to produce one of your videos. Also, I predict: Jay video + Jamie = success.

Awesome collaboration project, and Jamie looks like a natural in the shop! Also, I have to admit that I love pocket holes for joinery - it has become my default method at this point for my projects.
