That’s not true at all, out of 36 teams only 8 are going out here, seeing the quality of some of these teams, Bratislava, Belgrade etc, they’re unlikely to get more than 8 points over 8 games so draws in tricky ties like that will be invaluable later as long as you win some games, which Arsenal will likely do against Shaktar and Monaco and Zagreb.

With only 8 teams going out at this phase and with the quality of some of the teams you’re going to see a lot of these types of games in the group stage of the Champo in this format. It’s almost too easy to get through, there’s little jeopardy.
