Jamie Oliver is English and NY Cheesecake is so delicious. I had one at Orlando Airport. It was the best NY cheesecake I had ever tasted. The Americans are very good at cakes and cheesecakes and donoughts. It is not forced on you. You dont have to watch. Or make. But try it and you will love it. A very nice NY cheesecake is sold at Sainsburys.

I have this in the overn right now. Didn't have any fresh limes, so I used bottled lime juice. I was a little worried about the amount, so I cut it down to 60 mls. I'm hoping for more vanilla, less lime flavour. Fingers crossed!
