Do you have a video explaining a little bit how you do your fasting? I'm genuinely curious because my husband is actually fasting at the moment I'm just not sure if he's doing it the correct way

@@ffany92. I do 16-8 fast after supper and nothing after 8 pm then nothing untill 12pm noon ,I have a smoothie and a lite lunch then eat responsible at supper then nothing till 12 pm next day and repeat next day the good thing is your fasting a lot while you sleep.
