Jamie, please could you tell us about wine, or get someone in to tell us about wine. I like wine but know nothing about it and never know what to buy at home or in restaurants. If I find one I like I tend to take a pic of the bottle which is sort of helpful but also not really a solution. Thanks as always, big fan of everything you do. (I'm 100% certain Jamie himself will read this of course.... but just in case, can someone suggest it to the content team. Thanks)

Just started watching this as I love Risotto. Are you on the testing track on top of the Fiat Factory there Jamie??? I was literally watching an episode of Gino`s Italian Express last night and he was cooking on the top of the Fiat Factory. Oh My God that looks delicious, I will be making that one in the next week, you, Gennaro and Gino are the guys I search out when I want authentic Italian recipes if I feel like doing something new.

@lukasgisler7 ай бұрын
I don't remember its name anymore, but my mother sometimes cooked with plantbased oil that smells exactly like butter, without any added chemicals or else bs. You'd have to google it, and I'm sure you will find what you want.

I do the sausage and the onion/celery thing and white wine with the rice and then I go chopped up dino kale. If I am using brown rice and feeling cheap, its good without the wine which you don't need for texture with the whole grain rice.
