It looks like there are more than one way to get a flow state , long last and can switch on by will.

So the guy had a flow state when killing people? How do you connect that with ayahuasks and "we are all one" thingy?
@qumu8725 жыл бұрын
elokubano My thoughts exactly! As soon as I heard he was a payed killer I stopped watching.

Such an interesting point. After thinking about it, I'm don't think flow has anything to do with morality. It's an adaptation for focus isn't it? so as a tool, it's up to us how we use it?

Jesus Christ dude!!!! Why even have the guy on at all ?!?!? Why not just make a video of talking and sharing your own thoughts for a 45!minutes straight then !!??!! Because you made it close to impossible for us viewers to settle in and focus on/ enjoy this mans interview or whatever you were planning to consider labeling this. Smh , you seam like a cool guy and are obviously smart & badass if your a seal , which i genuinely appreciate/ thank you for your service. I as well as many others came to hear this man speak/ teach by going in depth the ‘Flow State’ etc. yet it felt like you making it allll about YOU!! Even stated early on that before you bore or out people to sleep with the very topic in the title and the only reason people clicked to watch. For some reason you assumed that us and your guest would perfer hearing you tell your own personal stories and speak on irrelevant shit for 3/4 of this video even interrupting/ cutting him off/ speaking over the guest and person we came to listen to when it sounded like he was explaining and building up to the best and most interesting things.,.. just please be more self aware and polite / complimentary to your guest reader than bullying the convo with stuff no one came or cares to listen too. Just work on developing/ practicing your interview skills... Wish you all the best ! Peace and love

Mark, you need to learn to let your guest do the talking. In this video, you interrupt him almost every time he starats to say something profound. Doing an interview this way makes you look a bit narcicistic, which you are not, right? Fascinating content, though. Valuable work. Thank you.

...I guess he will learn this with time - that it is a completely different role to be a speaker and to be an interviewer…

It’s amazing how the guy keeps interrupting his guest and not noticing it at all. Not really an awareness expert

Noted Deana. This is an older interview. Even Mark would admit he was a bit overzealous in in his interview style.
