I created a place inside my mind, to go to in times of pain. Probably 7 years ago. It was a black and white room with rain falling outside. A man who's face I couldn't see plays the piano as I sit on the floor beside it and just fall away into the music. Been a fan of Jamie since Mortal Instruments, whenever it came out. Once I saw this video I realized who the guy in my safe room is, and had always been. It was this room I ran to in my darkest moments and continues to be. Never told anyone that. Had the chance to meet him a week ago and only had 2 seconds. Figured I'd tell the world since I couldn't tell him in person. This video means so much to me, and I'm so happy to see everyone loving it now too. ❤️

I actually adore the first 30 seconds chorus...meh (too loud and out of place) still a beautiful piece of music though

This sounds like a song about grief after someone you love passes away. Very emotive, and perhaps fits ST season 4 as well.

Same. I also think it’s about grieving after a loss.

I feel like if they ever make a movie about Kurt Cobain, he would fit the role perfectly. He has that perfect raspy grunge voice and he’s such a phenomenal actor. He really does get slept on when he needs to get the recognition he deserves.
