RS has lacked that something special for a while I feel but the new 4wd Focus RS should more make up for that. It seems traction and fun driveability have taken a backseat to BHP figures of late in the cost reducing front wheel drive layout.

Depends what your budget is, the 1litre ecoboost zetec S' are very nippy and cheap to run / insure and there's plenty of parts to modify it
