We just sold our house... we wanted to downsize and pay off our debt while the market is still good (this was a few weeks back lol)... we moved into a swanky flat!!! There are soooo many emotions that happen when buying or selling a house! My husband and I sold ours in April at the height of when the world was upside down. One day we had 10 showings!!! It all happened so quickly too! We sold our house and moved into an apartment for the next year, so we can have time to find our perfect forever home! We are being extra picky as well, because now we know exactly what we do and do not want for our next house. What’s meant to be, will be. Don’t get sad if something falls through, it just means it wasn’t the right thing for you and Jack and the pups. It will happen and it will be exactly what you guys want ☺️☺️☺️Nonetheless, I’m super pumped for you guys!!! 🏡

We sold our house within a couple of days! Market is amazing at the moment! Plus like you said the bonus of no stamp duty is great It’s best not to look at houses until yours is sold as things change so quick! You’ll love a house and then as yours hasn’t sold you are stuck a lil in limbo! I’m sure yours will he snapped up in no time and then you’ll find the dream house! We have about 8 weeks and will be moving into our house which is a project home! 😁😁😁🥰

We moved 3 days before lockdown was announced! We looked at soooo many houses (about 20) before we found “the one”, including loads we found online which we thought would be perfect and when we viewed them they just weren’t... Everything happens for a reason, remember that! Me and my partner have also been looking and we found one and fell in love. Went for a viewing and there was Japanese knotweed in the garden, I was heartbroken. Carried on looking and found a better 3 story house that we’ve now bought! If you don’t get the house you want, there’s a good reason for it and there’s something better around the corner💗

If it's meant for you to be in that house, it will be. My husband and I looked for a year and thought it was the one but someone bought it out from under us. We were so disappointed. Yet 2 months later we found a wonderful fixer upper that we love. 10 years later it's still a work in progress but it's our house. Good luck and best wishes for your future home.

Ahhhhh- probably one of the most stressful things you can do, buy and/or sell a house. My partner found our current house and it was a crazy good price for the property being rural but still in the region where we already have our kids at school. The whole process took five months from start to finish- with my partner having to chase up the solicitor and the bank on numerous occasions- wasn’t a smooth process at all! BUT I learnt that perseverance is everything xxxxxxxx All of the best that you have a much nicer experience and you find your forever home 💚💚💚
