I love the idea of tray bakes or one pan cooking. I've made the Harissa Chicken three times and it's pretty good for being simple. I'm figuring out some ideas to make it better but really I wanted to thank Jamie for the recipes. I'm still learning the basics but these are real easy and I could use a few more like these.

I'm a Chef the trick to cooking clean is never to hunch down.. Takes years to control your body also takes years not to think that you need to wash your hands 20 sec every single time you come in contact with anything that could crate cross- contamination.. The reality is must of the Real Chef don't cook they're doing managerial duties as to run a kitchen but we all know the kitchen science it takes to make everything we cook Consistent. Thats the difference with a Chef and a cook. ✌
@ThisIsMyFullName4 жыл бұрын
Just keep everything at half an arms length, don't learn your stomach against the table. The more you cook, the better you will also get at doing controlled movements, and not drop the food from a hight because you're afraid of getting burned. You can pretty much always see how experienced a chef is by the amount of mess he makes.

What kind of big tray is that that he is using both on the hob and in the oven?
@alanvonau2784 жыл бұрын
Good show 👍👏! 7:36 I caught Jamie getting it wrong. Actually, *190 °C is NOT 350 °F, but 374 °F* 😊. The *EXACT conversion* from degrees Celsius (°C) to degrees Fahrenheit (°F): °F = (°C * 9 / 5) + 32, where "*" is to multiply and "/" to divide. Thus, 100 °C = 212 °F (boiling point of water at sea level); 60 °C = 140 °F (e.g., internal temperature of meat); 180 °C = 356 °F (e.g., oven temperature); et cetera.
