a very easy way to pimp this recipe: I've added Mozzarella chopped in small pieces at the and and gave it a good stir in a big circular motion. the whole thing gets a very nice orange color! the mozzarella gives it an extra creaminess which is perfect to balance the hotness a little bit.

Yes, they are. the tomato vine contains tomatine, and they are close relatives to Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belledonna) However, Tomato vines typically are not dangerous unless large quantities are ingested. Fatalities though, have occurred in the past. The amount used in this recipe is almost certainly harmless unless you are very sensitive to this specific alkaloid. Love his energy! looks delicious!!

made this the other day, I just added a little bit of single cream to the sauce at the end to make it a cream sauce (obviously). One of the nicest things ive ever cooked, definitely worth a try!
