The first guy so right, everything has doubled in value since 2020. 2 beds now over a million. Even if you find one you still got to compete to get it. The building he is living in is called Signature which is arguably one of the best buildings in Broadbeach. A 1 bed in there starts at $800K. Just crazy what is going on in the GC market now. Beautiful place but this are highly over-valued properties for an area that is still pretty small.

Facts. I got a mate who lives in the estate and one day we went for a bike ride an sat outside a vacant block of land, 5 minutes later we had security called on us because one of the owners in the area though we were looking sus and wanted us removed. It was such a hassle to prove to the security guard that we actually lived on the island.

love this video too much. it recalls my beautiful menory in AUS. My brother and i have studied in Gold coast for 1 year by 2012. Luckyly, we live in exclusive area,almost every family have their privitae yatch/boat in therir back yard. Now, I live in France ,golf course resident.. there is only the same key...we work/study hard to get confortable life. :)
