Cane is just an Ai that’s made to entertain their players. He doesn’t know what an “exit” really is cause the game really doesn’t have an exit so Cane is going by context clues of the players vague description of it.

Glad your checking this show out!... a few things of info if you wanted to know. Yes, all the main cast are humans trapped in a game and Caine and Bubble are both AI. Also the creator of TADC Gooseworks confirmed there ages, they are all adults(Above the age of 20). And we also have confirmation on who was here the longest and shortest. _Characters who were there Longest to Shortest_ -Kinger is the first to arrive at the circus and has said to have been there the longest -Ragatha who has been inside the circus the second longest next to Kinger -Jax came up with Gangle's name which most likely means that he had to be at the circus before she arrived -Zooble has been confirmed to have spent the shortest amount of time in the circus before Pomni. _Character Ages_ Kinger-48 Ragatha-30 Gangle-26 Pomni-25 Zooble-22 (older by a few Months then Jax) Jax-22 _Some other Information: The main characters' designs are all based on old childhood toys, mainly ones around the 70s to 90s, -Pomni is based on a jester plush/puppet. -Caine is based on chattering teeth. -Ragatha is based on ragdolls. -Jax is based on stretchy/rubber toys. -Gangle is most likely based on the dancing ribbon on a stick and panto masks. -Bubble is based on big bubbles that appear from bubble toys. -Kinger is based on a king chess piece. -Zooble is based on mix-and-match toys. -Kaufmo is based on the clown bowling pins due to his head shape ( hope this is helpful ^^' )

Kinger is my spirit animal also, going through this frame by frame reveals SO many incredible little secrets and hints at what the hell could be going on, it's actually stunning how much they hid in the animation gimmicks and background design

Pomni being stuck in a loop after finding the "exit" makes sense now...That office area is most likely where the game was created and Caine being AI probably views the real world from a monitor on a computer...That office location is probably his idea of where you go if you try to leave, but it doesn't really let you leave the game, it's just what Caine thinks the real world is from his perspective...

You know, it's interested, I saw the pilot and liked it, and was kind of obsessed with it for a bit, but I wasn't "in love" with it... until the second episode. I feel like I wouldn't actively tell people to watch this show with just the pilot because it's an acquired taste, but the second episode convinced me that the people making this show are incredible story-tellers, on top of being excellent animators. I'm glad you're watching both episodes back-to-back, especially since it seemed like you really didn't like the look and vibe of the show initially.

It's honestly crazy how this show just exploded after 1 little episode. I see plushies being sold at the mall kiosks for the kids and a huge fanbase arising. The second episode is out now after over half a year of waiting. It's amazing. Keep up the good work!!! Also, your outro music reminds me of the Wii menu ambience ha.
