In this video, you will find a serie of three simple exercices to add to your jammer work out routine that aim to help you "dissociate" your upper and lower body motions. Use your shoulders to stop your opponents from closing on you (or to move them out of your way!) while your legs never stop moving forward to get you out of that pack.
