Same, it's gone by so quick! I remember making the first post about getting top surgery, it's unreal that it's been and gone. So am I :P

Yes the surgeon I went with (Andrew Yelland) does work with the NHS too. I did go private and chose Yelland because he's getting the best results in the UK.

Hey, I went to Andrew Yelland in Brighton, it was private but he does take NHS patients. I was about 8 months on T. If you want more info check out my tumblr: jammi-dodger.tumblr :)

Sometimes my identity just confuses and frustrates me so much, dysphoria hits hard, and I frequently find myself feeling so alone over here, despite my lgbt friends. I want to personally thank you for posting your transition videos, because they really help me along. I'm graduating high school, 12th year, next week. Today a younger transboy, two years younger than me, gave me a graduation card and told me that I was his transboy role model, which brought me to tears for the first time in a while. I felt it was necessary to actually comment and tell you that you're one of my biggest motivators, who keeps me going, and if it hadn't been for you, my sophomore Chris might not have had a trans figure to look up to in his day to day life. I know it's incredibly hard to get along without one, and I really wanted to thank you for being accessible to me to help me along in finding myself and feeling valid enough to proudly introduce myself to underclassmen as Vaughen, and be there for them. Thank You. From Vaughen, an 18 year old Transboy stuck in a desert across the pond.

I can't believe it's 1 month post op. I remember when you posted about getting the surgery date and that seemed quite far away. I'm glad to see there aren't any major problems. :D

I was the 400th liked. I don’t know you from Adam but I watched your latest video and decide to come back towards your first few vids to see how far you’ve come. I can see your spirit is so much lighter since your top surgery in this particular vid. I’m happy we live in a day and age where legit trans humans can get the surgery’s they so desperately need/want. So here is a random stranger giving you a verbal hug for just being. 🤗

Looks good already! If you want you could also try using some sort of silicon-based cream or plaster to your scars. It should help the scars stay narrow and neat.

Ask for cortisone shots right at the scars so they can disappear. There’s also cortisone tape you cut in strips and place directly on the scar. Cut the strips exactly to fit the scar and no more. There expensive.

As a fellow brit ftm, what surgeon did you see? And was it on the NHS? Btw, you look great! How many months on T were you in that vid? :D
