Janakpur, also known as Janakpurdham, was founded in the early 18th century. It is a sub-metropolitan city in Dhanusa District of Nepal. For our third episode, we explored the magic of East Nepal which included places like Janakpur, Shree Antu, Kanyam, Ilam & finally Sandakpur. But for this episode, we just reached Janakpur. Next episode will be released in a week's time.
And, “Sandakpur or Sandakphu” (3636 m; 11,930 ft) is a mountain peak in the Singalila Ridge on the border between India and Nepal.

Technically you can see not 3 but 4 countries from Sandakpur. Lands and mountains of Nepal and India are clearly visible but you can also see the mountains of China (Mt. Chomolonzo) and Bhutan (Mt. Jomolhari). Major attractions: 4 Eight thousanders (Everest, Kanchanjungha, Lhotse and Makalu) and Sleeping Buddha formed by the Kanchanjungha range.
