Beautiful voice. Unmatched in the late 70s and early 80s. Great concerts. Heartfelt.

Isn't it incredible that we as parents turned our children on to such eclectic performers who were for lack of a better word FABULOUS. I aplaud your mom for playing it each day. About 77-78

She has been with me in good and bad times for over 40 years now. I played this for my mother in hospice as she loved Jane Olivor. She loved it. Thank you Jane Olivor for sharing your gift and giving so much to my life.

When you hear Jane sing, her best songs are those that require a high level of emotion in them. This is the type of siger she is, a very strong emotional voice that can express the needed emotions of a song to its fullness. That is not an easy style to perform, and yet she makes it look so easy!

I had the pleasure of seeing Jane Olivor in concert in 1982. She really was a very special and wonderful singer and performer. Intimate, magical and emotionally exquisite***

She is an Elite Artist ..., unlike so-called performers who require massively loud musicians to cover-up the fact that the vocalists cannot sing worth a damn. We are richer for the inner beauty she projected and magnificent music she gave us ... and we are poorer because she no longer performs.

I saw a live performance by her in Dallas on Valentines Day in the early 1990's. The power went out. It did not phase her. The show became closer, more personal, she walked out into the audience. He voice give me chills and this is my favorite - perfectly suited for her!

She started as the warm up to Johnny Mathis and established herself with five original Columbia albums. Stage fright and an ill husband sidetracked her. Merv Griffin and Johnny Carson continually helped her. She is now tired, unfortunately. I pray she returns to give another chance at the Merry Go Round.

When she sings, she is so emotional, and not just her words, but every aspect of her. She becomes so much of the song she is singing that it just carries so much stronger.

I became a successful choreographer and team coach creating over 100 award winning routines. But before we were allowed to use scenery or many props on our stages, this was so emotional and visual, I created a routine in my bedroom that ten years later came to life with painted horses going around a never endingn circle and maypole imagery. Coaches could not understand the emotional connections, so that piece - really FOR Jane Oliver, is set to the Circle Game - but I will get my chance. It was beautiful as an analogy for cycles of life and getting older . . but those horses were hand painted, and I will have my music video yet. . . for JANE.
