Jane powell beautiful talented artist to me shes the best...i first saw her in a movie picking oranges with many other teens while hideing from her fame as a singer ..i dont know the movie but she was about 17 or so ..from that day to the. Present she is my angel..two weeks with love and athena are my favorite of all her films..although i love them all..i forget her real name..but a rose by any other name is still jane powell.

JIM RICK Have loved Jane since her debut in Song of the Open Road. Met her when she came to Buffalo NY to play Maria in Sound of Music. I arranged to have key to city presented to her and have photo of she and I taken aboard fire truck lift in front of Bflo city hall; a prized posession.
